RETURNS/EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the policy below prior to your purchase.

1. Items are unwashed, unworn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact.

2. Free return fee.

How to return or exchange?

A. Self-serve returns for Chezbaby Golf Cover client.
You can submit product return requests directly in your account.

1. Log in to your account:

1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return/exchange for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return/exchange.

B. For the buyer dont have a account.

1.Contact us via eamil or use live chat.

2. Provide us with the order number and Email.

3. Provide us with the photos of original product we shipped to you with its both front and back sides.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund/exchange.

 How long will you receive your refund?

So far, we only accept PayPal, but we will extend more payment methods in future.

It usually takes 3- 5 days to process the refund by paypal.

Pay with credit card: 5- 10 days to process the refund.

 In the event that a package is returned to Golf Cover Element as "Return To Sender" due to an inaccurate shipping address, a $10 Return To Sender Fee will apply.

 This fee covers the costs associated with reshipment. Our customer support representative will promptly notify you of the return, reconfirm the delivery address, and invoice the Return To Sender Fee. Payments can be conveniently made through the original payment method. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth delivery process.
