 At Chezbaby golf, every custom golf accessory is made specifically for you. Because each item is personalized and created based on your unique design request, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom products.

 No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Items

 Custom golf accessories are made-to-order products. Once production begins, the item cannot be resold or used for another customer. For this reason, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to:

 Change of mind

Incorrect size selection

Personal preference changes

Design preference after approval

Ordering the wrong customization details

Design Approval Process

 Before production, we provide a design preview whenever needed to ensure your customization details are correct.

 Please carefully review:

 Names and text spelling

Photos and images provided

Design details

Color preferences

Product options

 Once the design is approved, production will begin.

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

 We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or correction when applicable.

 Customer Responsibility

 Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

 Correct shipping address.

Clear and suitable images for customization.

Accurate personalization details.

 We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
